For my 55-60 grainers (22LR jacket) I use moderate loads of Vithavuori N135 and Hodgdon H335. I Use 4 AR15 uppers (10, 16 and 20 inch barrels), a Steyr AUG and a SIG 550. According to my Lyman 49th it is 24.3 to 27 (with a 55gr jacketed spt) According to the Hodgdon website it is 21.4 to 22.8 for a 55 grain sfire and 23-25.3 for a 55 grain spr sp.
